World Mental Health Day
1 in every 5 Australians will suffer from a mental illness this year.
Over our lifetime, that number becomes 1 in every 2 of us. World Mental Health Day is a national campaign designed to encourage people to think differently about mental health and how to break down the stigma surrounding it.
Over the past decade, Media Heads has helped create emotive and insightful content, featuring some of Australia’s most recognised celebrities, who have dealt with their own mental health challenges, inspiring others to start talking more positively about this community-wide issue. We have also had incredible exposure through setting up literally hundreds of radio interviews with relevant talent.
